Business Finance Mastery Program
Practical training for Australian business owners who need financial clarity without the fluff
We've spent fifteen years working with businesses that struggled with cash flow, forecasting, and making sense of their numbers. This program brings together what actually worked—not theory from textbooks, but methods refined through hundreds of real companies.
Schedule a Program DiscussionWhat You'll Actually Learn
This isn't about becoming an accountant. It's about understanding your business finances well enough to make confident decisions. Each module builds on practical skills you'll use immediately.
Financial Statement Analysis
Reading balance sheets and P&L statements in plain language. You'll learn what the numbers really mean for your operations.
Cash Flow Management
Building forecasts that account for seasonal changes, payment delays, and unexpected expenses. Real scenarios from retail, services, and manufacturing.
Growth Planning
Evaluating expansion opportunities with realistic financial models. When to invest, when to wait, and how to fund different paths.
Risk Assessment
Identifying financial vulnerabilities before they become problems. Creating contingency plans that don't require finance degrees.
How We Run This
Small groups, real examples, and plenty of time to work through your own numbers. We keep cohorts under twelve people so everyone gets attention.
Case Study Sessions
Every week, we analyze a different business scenario. Manufacturing operations, retail shops, service companies—you'll see how the same principles apply across industries.
Tool Building
You'll create spreadsheets and dashboards customized for your business. No fancy software required—just Excel or Google Sheets and practical formulas that work.
Peer Discussion
Some of the best insights come from other participants. Hearing how someone solved a cash flow problem in their business often sparks ideas for yours.
Individual Review
Bring your financials and we'll work through them together. These private sessions help you apply what you're learning to your specific situation.
Action Plans
Each module ends with a practical plan you can implement. Not vague goals—actual steps with timelines and measurable outcomes.
Resource Library
Templates, checklists, and reference guides you'll keep using long after the program ends. We update these based on participant feedback and new regulations.
Callum Bergström
Lead Instructor
Worked with over 200 Australian businesses on financial restructuring and growth planning. Started in corporate finance but found his groove helping smaller operations make sense of their numbers.
Sienna Kovačević
Financial Analyst
Specializes in cash flow modeling and scenario planning. She's particularly good at explaining complex concepts without the jargon—participants appreciate her straightforward style.
Who Teaches This
Both instructors run their own consulting practices. They're not academics—they work with businesses daily and bring current examples to every session.
Callum handles most of the core content and group sessions. Sienna leads the modeling workshops and individual reviews. Between them, they cover retail, manufacturing, services, and hospitality.
Getting Started
The program runs for eight weeks with weekly three-hour sessions. We schedule most cohorts for Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings to fit around business operations.
Initial Conversation
We'll talk about your business, what you're trying to improve, and whether this program fits. No pressure—sometimes we recommend other resources if they're better suited.
Enrollment and Materials
Once you're in, we'll send the curriculum, schedule, and prep materials. There's some reading before the first session to get everyone on the same page.
Program Delivery
Eight weeks of sessions, plus access to instructors between classes for questions. You'll work through modules progressively, building skills each week.
Implementation Support
After completion, you have access to quarterly check-ins for six months. These help you troubleshoot as you apply what you learned.
